Raeford, NC — Fire crews responded to a residential structure fire along East Edinborough Avenue at approximately 1:00 a.m. Friday.
When firefighters arrived on scene, active flames were visible coming through the roof of the home. Emergency personnel worked quickly to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading further.
By early morning, significant fire damage could be seen across the roofline and the front entryway of the residence. The area has since been secured with tape, and the home remains under monitoring as officials continue their investigation.


At this time, the cause of the fire has not been released. There have been no confirmed reports of injuries related to the incident.
