Fayetteville, NC — As of approximately 11:30 a.m., traffic lights were reported to be out on Canopy Lane near the Fort Bragg area, creating potential traffic hazards for drivers traveling through the intersection.

Motorists are advised to treat the affected intersection as a four-way stop and proceed with extreme caution until signal operations are recalled to normal. Drivers should be alert for cross-traffic, pedestrians, and sudden stops, especially during higher traffic periods.

At this time, the cause of the signal outage has not been confirmed, and there is no official estimate on when repairs will be completed.

Community members in the area who have photos or updates are encouraged to share information to help keep others informed and promote safe travel.
